Our installation was for a new construction house. They were very flexible on taking delivery of the hot tub and keeping it for us until the house was completed. The installation went smoothly and they were a lot of help with getting the chemicals set up so that we could use the hot tub right away. They communicated very well throughout the entire process and always followed up at the right time. Johnny and Travis were a lot of help.”
