Vigor is a compact cold plunge with intuitive controls that holds consistent, chilled water temperatures. Use it on its own or pair it with a hot tub or sauna for contrast therapy. Learn about the Vigor cold plunge.
Dundalk Baltic cold plunge
The Baltic Cold Plunge is a barrel-style tub made of Eastern White Cedar, with an HDPE plastic liner and stainless steel bands. It ships assembled and ready to use. Keep it cold with the optional electric chiller or by adding ice. See Dundalk saunas and cold plunge.

For most people, 2 to 5 minutes is ideal. Consistency matters more than the length of any one session.
What temperature is a cold plunge?
Cold plunges typically run between 50°F and 60°F.
Will insurance pay for a cold plunge?
Standard health insurance usually doesn’t cover a home cold plunge. In some cases you may be able to use HSA or FSA funds if you meet specific medical criteria. Check with your plan provider.
Do I need a chiller for a cold plunge?
The Vigor™ cold plunge holds chilled temperatures on its own. The Dundalk Baltic tub can use the optional electric chiller, or you can keep it cold with ice.
