What we fix
- Drain valve leaks (the most common), including loose drain caps and missing or worn gaskets
- Equipment-area leaks: pump seals, plumbing joints, fittings, and the heater, circulation pump and jet pumps. Most can be diagnosed and repaired during the same visit.
- In-foam leaks inside the spa’s insulation, which may need panel and foam removal or an in-shop repair
- Freeze damage. If your spa has frozen, damage may be widespread, and repair costs can exceed the value of the spa.

Pricing
Call for pricing. Every repair is different, so our service team will quote your visit when you call or submit a request. In-warranty repairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty; we’ll confirm your coverage when you book.
Before you call
- Hand-tighten the drain cap(s); some spas have two drains near each other. Make sure the gaskets are present and in good condition.
- If the spa sat dry for a month or more, watch the leak for about 72 hours after refilling. Minor leaks may stop once the water heats and the seals expand.
- Repair parts: standard shipping takes 7–14 days; expedited takes 3 business days.

What is the most common hot tub leak?
Leaks at the drain valve, usually from a drain cap that isn’t fully tight or a missing, worn or misplaced gasket. Check these before you request service.
How long do repair parts take?
Standard shipping takes 7–14 days. Expedited shipping takes 3 business days.
Can a frozen hot tub be repaired?
It depends on the damage. Freeze damage can be widespread and plumbing leaks are more likely. Repair costs may exceed the value of the spa. We repair visible leaks first, then you refill and monitor the spa for further water loss.
