This privacy policy explains how the SRPS Aurora app collects, uses, shares, protects, keeps and deletes information, including Google user data. SRPS Aurora is developed by, and is the responsibility of, Snake River Pool & Spa of Idaho, LLC (“Snake River Pool & Spa”, “SRPS”, “we”, “us” or “our”), 1340 S Orchard St, Boise, ID 83705, United States. About SRPS Aurora

SRPS Aurora is our internal staff app. It connects SRPS systems to Google. Only our staff may use it, and only staff sign in with Google. It is not offered to the public, cannot be used to create accounts, has no guest mode and is not for children. Staff also use their Microsoft work account with the app. In this policy, “you” means a staff member who uses SRPS Aurora.

Google user data we access

When you sign in with Google, SRPS Aurora requests only Google’s basic sign-in permissions: openid, email and profile. With them, Google shares only:

• your Google account ID (a unique number that identifies your sign-in);
• your name;
• your email address, and whether Google has verified it; and
• your profile photo.

SRPS Aurora does not request access to Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Google contacts or any other Google data, and we never receive your Google password.

Other information the app handles

Apart from Google user data, SRPS Aurora and our company server handle the following to run the app:

• About staff: your name, work email address and Microsoft account ID; your extension, department and phone-line sign-in; what you write and send; your voice on calls; and, on iPhone and iPad, the device’s call-alert address (push token), device type, system version and app version. Our server records when you first and last used the app or the texting inbox and may keep a record of calls you ask it to place. Customer texts you send are stored with your name and work email address. If you connect Slack, our server keeps your Slack user ID, name and an encrypted key. Game scores are shown by name to signed-in staff.
• About customers: the names, mobile numbers, texts, photos, contact records, caller details, call audio, emails and map addresses that staff work with, handled as described in the Snake River Pool & Spa Privacy Policy.
• Device permissions: microphone (calls), notifications (Android call alerts), camera (iPhone and iPad, for spa listing photos) and Face ID, Touch ID, fingerprint or passcode to unlock the app (the device does the check; the app learns only the result). The app does not ask for location, contacts, call history, text messages, Bluetooth or an advertising identifier.

How we use information

We use Google user data only to sign you in to SRPS Aurora, confirm that you are a member of our staff, secure your account, recognize you when you come back, show your name and photo in the app, and contact you about your account. We use it for no other purpose. We use the other information above only to run SRPS Aurora for our business (customer texts, calls, email, calendar, Slack, pre-owned spa listings, maps and team games) and to find and fix faults.

Sharing, transfer and disclosure

We do not sell Google user data or any other information from SRPS Aurora. We do not share, transfer or disclose Google user data to anyone except:

• companies that host or run SRPS Aurora for us, only as needed to provide it;
• where the law requires it, or to protect our customers, our staff, the public or our rights; or
• as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of our business, after telling you.

Our staff do not read Google user data unless you ask us to (for example, for support), it is needed for security or to investigate abuse, or the law requires it. To run the app’s other features, information is handled by service providers such as Microsoft, DigitalOcean (our server host), Twilio, HubSpot, Slack, our 3CX phone system, Apple and Google, under their own terms and privacy policies.

How we protect information

Google user data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS) and encrypted at rest on our company servers in the United States. Access controls limit it to the staff and systems that need it to run SRPS Aurora. Retention and deletion

We keep Google user data while your SRPS Aurora account is active. To have it deleted, email privacy@thespateam.com. We will delete it within 30 days of your request, except records the law requires us to keep. You can also remove SRPS Aurora’s access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. After you do, we no longer receive data from Google. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to remove other app records, at the same address.

What we never do

• We never use Google user data for advertising, including to build advertising or marketing profiles.
• We never sell Google user data.
• We never give or sell Google user data to data brokers or information resellers.
• We never use Google user data to decide creditworthiness or for lending.
• We never use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.

SRPS Aurora has no advertising, no advertising identifier and no analytics or crash-reporting kit of its own, and it does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Snake River Pool & Spa’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Children

SRPS Aurora is for our staff only and is not directed to or intended for children. We do not knowingly collect information from children through SRPS Aurora.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the “Last updated” date above. If a change affects how we use Google user data, we will tell staff before it takes effect.
