After a HotSpring title card, exterior shots show a neighborhood with patches of snow. An adult and a young child smile together in an armchair. Interview footage alternates with images of an aircraft doorway and people in camouflage clothing, shoes being tied, running along a residential street and work under the hood of a red car. The film shows a spa cover being opened, a person stepping into the outdoor hot tub and reclining in moving water. Near the end, a person runs with a dog across a snow-speckled lawn. Closing cards read "Real stories." and "Real people." before the HotSpring logo.
