A HotSpring title card is followed by snowy neighborhood scenes, people playing outdoors and martial-arts practice with gloves and padded targets. Indoor interviews alternate with scenes of adults and children in an outdoor hot tub. Close-ups show a hand on the spa controls and a person reclining in the water. Other scenes show people gathered around a table, working with books and papers, and using computers. Closing cards read "Real stories." and "Real people." before the HotSpring logo.
